Children and extra beds

• Children under 3 years stay free of charge in baby cots. Just put a note in the reservation.
• Children under 7 years stay free of charge when sharing parent´s bed in double room. Please note double room can´t be equipped with extra bed.
• Children under 7 years stay free of charge when using extra bed in triple room. Just put a note in the reservation. 
• Children from 7 to 15 years are charged Eur 20– 45 (depending on season) when using extra bed in triple room. Just put a note in the reservation. 

Cancellation policy

Except offer "Pay Now & SAVE", cancellations should be made directly to the hotel at least 24 hours before your expected arrival time. If you fail to do this or in case of no-show, you will be charged the first night´s accommodation cost.

Pet policy

Pets are not allowed at the hotel.

Group booking

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. We will contact you in such occasion.
