Does the hotel have parking?

• Yes, parking is available in the secure garage located 400 meters from the hotel for extra charge 22 Eur per day. Please note we have limited capacity so reservation in advance is needed. There is a height limitation of 2.10 m. We offer Valet parking so our staff will take care of your car so you can dedicate your time to vacation mood since you arrive to our hotel. Pleae note taht hotel does not take responsibility for cars standing in front of the hotel.

Is there Air conditioning?

• Available in every room. Adjustable with its own thermostat located on the wall. Air-conditioning can be used for cooling during summer days and heating during winter period. Please follow instructions on extra sheet how to use air-conditioning. The common areas on the ground floor are also air-conditioned in summer.

Is reception open 24 hours?

• Yes we are 24h at your disposal, you can contact with us in 4 different ways:

Can I leave luggage?

• Yes, there is available luggage room to store your bags.

What is check-in time?

CHECK-IN is available from 2:00 PM. Please note that early check-in is subject of availability but we will do our best to allow you check-in at the time of your arrival. If the room will be ready, then it is no problem to check-in immediately. Otherwise, if the room will not be ready, there is available luggage room to store your bags. Early check-in is free of charge from 9:00 AM, earlier check-in is charged with 50% of first night cost.

Is late check-out possible?

• CHECK-OUT is until 11:00 AM. Please note that late check-out is subject of availability. If late check-out will be possible, it is charged with 50% of last night cost. Please ask our reception staff one day prior to departure.

How far is Prague Congress Centre?

• Prague Congress Centre is located just 15 minutes by walk or 1 station by Metro (Subway).

Do we pay CITY TAX in the hotel?

• Due to the city regulations, all guests 18+ are obligated to pay CITY TAX 2 EUR /Person/ Night. This amount is not included in the room rate. Thank you for understanding.

Is there Restaurant in the hotel?

• Yes, The Art Garden Restaurant, a culinary space to enjoy the authentic Czech cuisine as well as international specialities. The restaurant offers unique design including extensive flower decoration makes the atmosphere memorable one. Restaurant is open daily from 11:00 a.m. till 10:00 p.m.

Is there Sauna in the Hotel?

• Yes, you can relax in a completely renovated luxury sauna area. There are Dry and Steam Saunas available and both are reserved for your private use.

How can I get to the hotel from the airport?

• You can reach our hotel by several options from the Vaclav Havel Airpot Prague: 

- Taxis
Taxis are available outside the airport arrivals terminal. The journey to the hotel will cost approximately €40.

- Hotel Limousine service:
In order to make your stay more comfortable, we can arrange transportation for you from the airport to the hotel for very affordable price of 950 CZK. You can book it on-line together with your accommodation in a reservation section.

- Public transport:
Take the bus number 59 from Airport to "Nadrazi Veleslavin" station. At "Nadrazi Veleslavin" station change bus for underground train (metro), line A. Go from "Nadrazi Veleslavin" station to "Museum" station and change line A for line C. Then go from "Museum" station line C to "I.P. Pavlova" station. When you leave the metro station, go down the wide "Legerova" Street in the opposite direction to the traffic flow. You will find our hotel after 300 meters on the corner of "Legerova" Street and "Fugnerovo" Square. Metro ticket costs 50 CZK.

Is there Free of charge WiFi in the hotel?

• Yes, free High speed Wi-Fi internet connection is available in entire hotel. Name of the network is GreenGarden WIFI. Password for connection is hotel123. Further there is available free use of computer with internet connection and printer.

Does hotel offer exchange office?

• Yes, exchange office is available at the reception. Exchange rates are daily updated.

How far is Old Town?

• Green Garden Hotel is located in Prague 2 which is just a stone throw from the vibrant heart of Prague Old Town. All the City’s major attractions are within a short walk of the Green Garden Hotel.
   - Wenceslas Square: 10 minutes by walk
   - National Museum: 10 minutes by walk
   - Opera House: 15 minutes by walk
   - Old Town Square: 30 minutes by walk

Can I walk to Charles Bridge?

• Yes! Charles Bridge is located approximately 35 minutes by walk from Green Garden. If you prefer public transport, its easy to reach by tram number 22 from I. P. Pavlova subway and tram station, which is just 5 mins from the Green Garden Hotel.  

Is breakfast included?

• You can book room with or without breakfast. If you book room without breakfast and change your mind, it is possible to book it directly at the hotel for following rates:
  The breakfast price for 1 person 375, - CZK (15 Eur)
  Price for children 7 - 12 years  250,- CZK (10 Eur)
  Child under 7 free of charge 

If you require VEGAN products or have any specific diet, please inform our reception upon arrival.

Can children stay?

• Yes of course! Our hotel is family oriented so children are welcomed.

Do you have EV charging?

Unfortunately this device is not available directly in the hotel but there are options close by.

Where can I buy tickets for public transport?

• There are several options. Tickets are available at the newsagent/vending machine at the metro stations.

Are there available baby cots?

• Cribs are available as a complimentary special request item through the front desk. The number of available cribs is limited and will be provided on a first come, first served basis.

Are there bathrobes available in the rooms?

• Bathroobs are available upon request at the reception desk. 

Are there available Coffee & Tea Making Facilities in the rooms?

• Yes, Teabags and coffee bags in the room are free of charge. Please contact the reception may you require more bags. 

Is there provided Dry Cleaning & Laundry Service?

• Please contact the reception. For your convenience, a laundry bag and cleaning price list are provided in each room.  
  The hotel has no dry cleaning facilities and will send items to drycleaner store close to the hotel. Dry cleaning is not available on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Same day service if articles are received at the front desk by 9:00am (except Dry cleaning).

Does hotel provide Electrical outlet adaptors?

• Yes. Do you have a different plug for your electrical device? You can borrow an adapter from the front desk!
